The Nature of Our Services

McCortney Family In-Home Care provides the community with home care services. As a flexible home care agency, we tailor our services to meet the client’s individual needs. A coordinator works with the client and family to determine the types of services needed. A care plan is then established and the caregiver will be instructed to follow it to ensure the client receives premium care.

All cases are supported by a caring and experienced administrative staff. McCortney Family In-Home Care serves clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, on an hourly and live-in basis. There is a coordinator available during non-business hours to answer any questions the employee, client &/or the client’s family may have.

We provide a wide array of services, including:
– Hygiene Assistance
– Ambulation/Transfer Support
– Preparing & Serving Meals
– Light Housekeeping
– Laundry & Linen Change
– Transportation
– Respite/Companionship


Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours per week?
Our services are available for a minimum of 4 hours per week up to 24-hour care.

Who determines the amount of hours I need?
YOU! We offer assistance or recommendations, but the choice is always yours.

Do you take insurance or Medicare?
Medicare and private insurance do not cover the services we provide. We accept Long Term Care Insurance policies, Veteran’s Administration benefits, or private pay.

How do I get started?
You can call our office at 580-427-2273 to arrange a private, no-obligation consultation. Our Coordinator will meet with you in person to discuss our services. If you choose McCortney Family In-Home Care, we will do our best to ensure you receive quality care in the comfort of your home.
